2023 Parade of Homes Early Bird Entry Deadline

The 2023 Parade of Homes dates are: June 17-25

The Parade of Homes is a 9-day event open to the public to tour New Homes in your Communities, Custom Built Homes, Apartments, and Remodeling Projects*!

Homes are judged on-site by a group of industry professionals. The Parade of Homes Gala, held at the Lancaster Country Club, is our prestigious award ceremony where we announce the big winners in all categories - including the coveted Fulton Bank Awards!

We are accepting entries in the following categories: 

• Single Family Homes

• Custom Built Homes

• Townhomes

• Apartments

• Remodeling Projects*

Homes will be judged on-site by a group of industry professionals for a chance to win awards in all categories - including the coveted Fulton Bank Awards!

We have an extensive Marketing Plan which includes:

• Television Commercials on WGAL, Comcast, and Blue Ridge

• Digital and Static Billboards

• Radio Traffax Commercials on WLAN, WROZ, WARM, WIOV, WSOX, WRVV, and WQXA

- Ad Taxi includes:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• E-blast

• YouTube Video

• Display Advertising

- Social Media Contests

- Direct Mailing of the Guidebook

- Magazine Ads

- Parade of Homes Website

Fees:
$2950 - Earlybird Entry Fee - March 10, 2023

$3250 - Final Entry Fee - April 7, 2023
