• A special presentation: NAHB's Economist Dr. Robert Dietz will present an overview of current economic conditions, with a focus on national growth prospects in a perios of rising interest rates and how supply-side bottlenecks (labor, lumber) are affecting the home building forecast and housing affordability. Dr. Dietz will also review local economic metrics and will be available to take questions on economic and housing policy issues.
