Keys to Effective Energy Code Implementation
Presented by Performance Systems Development and the Penn Energy Codes Program
This Program will concentrate on the findings of PSD's recent energy code field study, where field staff visited 171 residential new construction sites to evaluate the effectiveness of energy code implementation in eastern Pennsylvania. Based on these findings builders should focus on three main areas of improvement:
- Duct leakage
- High efficiency lighting
- Above grade wall insulation installation
